On this release I’ve correct some minor bug, but is not ready to be a production because need more time to be well tested.

this option <DBNAME>.QueryListFile= Is really useful to use different query file for different databases or to have a pool of query file one for each Oracle Release (if you have different release) and/or to have different query files for Production and test environment.

NOTE: THIS IS A CANDIDATE RELEASE PLEASE DON’T USE ON PRODUCTION

Orabbix 1.1.0-RC2 is available for download here

Main features added on  this release:

I’ve modified query according to post
and as suggestet from Brian H. resultset is protected from null values
Thank you Brian for your detailed analysis

Added parameter

<QueryName>.Active=[true|false] if true query is executed otherwise skipped

Added a queryfile to each databases spcified by
<DBNAME>.QueryListFile=./conf/query.props
so each database can have his own customized parameter files.
Added
<QueryName>.NoDataFound default value if no data found
Added
<QueryName>.RaceConditionQuery
<QueryName>.RaceConditionValue if this value match the returned from “RaceConditionQuery” QueryName is executed otherwise skipped

The documentation is a work in progress will be updated as soon as possible.
